MN Sunset Act Requires Evaluation of BOSW
The MN Sunset Act was enacted during the 2011 Special Legislative Session. All Health-Related Licensing Boards, including the Board of Social Work, will be reviewed for possible "sunset". The Sunset Advisory Commission requires agency self-evaluation reports and agency testimony in early December, and will hold public hearings in February. The Commission will make recommendations to the Legislature. The "BOSW Self-Evaluation Report" and "BOSW Executive Summary-Self-Evaluation Report" will be posted as public documents in early December, at the Sunset Advisory Commission website.

MN Dept of Human Services (DHS) Changes Rule 47 for Outpatient Mental Health Services

ASWB Examination Changes for 2011
